These terms and conditions govern your use of the Massage by Maggie website and the booking of treatments. By booking a treatment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance via the online booking system. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. Massage by Maggie reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued where applicable.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full treatment fee. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible.
Health & Medical Conditions
It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or contraindications at the time of booking and before your treatment begins. Massage therapy may not be suitable for all conditions. Massage by Maggie reserves the right to decline or modify a treatment if it is deemed unsafe. The information provided on this website and in blog posts is for general wellness purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. Prices are as listed on the website and are subject to change. All prices include VAT where applicable.
Liability
Massage by Maggie holds full professional liability insurance. However, we cannot accept liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from failure to disclose a medical condition or contraindication, or from misuse of information provided on this website. Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment received.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on this website. By booking a treatment, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.
